Michael Sugiandi has been a mortgage broker for over 17 years. After owning and operating his Smartline Franchise for about 16 years, it was re-labelled to Mortgage Choice. It was at this point where Michael decided it was time to become an independent mortgage broker.
Prior to broking, for a short time, Michael was a real estate agent executive, and then spent almost 10 years in the insurance industry. Michael’s background in these industries informs his conservative approach, his highly detailed considerations during assessment, and his refined sense of the most appropriate product for you now and in the future.
Along with being an MFAA Member since 2005, and obtaining his Diploma of Finance in Mortgage Broking (2012), Michael has built an extensive portfolio of broking experience. His natural sense for finance and drive to know the ins and outs of each client’s circumstances, brings simplicity when delivering his financial products and services to you.
Michael’s approach shows clients that the title “Mortgage Broker” doesn’t define well what he offers; Michael will guide you, educate you, support you through stressful moments and operate as your personal credit coach and purchase coach.
